Department: Workflow & Fulfillment. Reports To: Director of Workflow & Fulfillment. The Workflow Processor plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end workflow for print and direct mail projects. This position is responsible for processing customer orders, preparing mailing data, maintaining product information within internal systems, and ensuring accurate job setup for production.
