What you'll do

• Enter, process, and maintain customer orders
• review order details for accuracy
• coordinate deliveries and freight shipments
• prepare and maintain bills of lading and shipping documents
• monitor orders through delivery
• communicate order status and delays
• respond to customer inquiries
• track shipments and follow up with carriers
• resolve freight and order discrepancies
• update ERP, order management, or customer service systems
• maintain records
• escalate complex issues.
