The Hotel General Manager role is onsite in Middlebury (village), VT. Pay is $110,000–$120,000 per year plus a bonus plan. Local candidates are preferred. The General Manager supports hotel operations at Middlebury Inn under Olympia Hospitality. The role maximizes hotel value through revenue growth, expense control, guest service, and effective use of human resources. It develops or maintains hotel operations in line with Olympia Hotel Management values and standards, while leading and supporting employees and monitoring financial and guest-service performance.

What you'll do
