The role oversees service flow, schedules, reporting, guest recovery, staff development, and food safety compliance.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily opening procedures, front-of-house briefings, and walkthroughs with the Sous Chef
• monitor front- and back-of-house service flow
• maintain brand standards and guest transitions
• manage end-of-day reports and reconciliation
• analyze consumption and waste with the Executive Chef
• build schedules within budget
• communicate performance updates to ownership
• visit every table at least once per service
• lead service recovery
• train and develop staff
• ensure safety, health, and food compliance.
