It helps ensure technical concerns, configuration information, product competitiveness, and service solutions are addressed in support of customers and business growth.

What you'll do

• Lead creation, implementation, and communication of fleet-wide concerns to customers
• coordinate technical documentation, project implementation and tracking, and global product communications
• track portfolio competitiveness with Sales and Supply Chain
• support configuration management and product interchangeability
• monitor the gas turbine portfolio across technology, markets, and competitors
• support commercialization and launch of service solutions
• assist with strategy and budget planning
• and provide product awareness sessions to Sales.
