Staff Attorney

What you'll do

• Provide affirmative and defensive immigration representation, including matters such as asylum, removal defense, adjustment of status, naturalization, family reunification, Temporary Protected Status, SIJS, VAWA, work permits, humanitarian parole, and appeals
• conduct Know Your Rights trainings and workshops
• develop partnerships with community groups
• refer clients to internal programs or partner agencies
• conduct outreach, coordinate with partner agencies, and attend mandatory trainings.
