What you'll do

• Install, activate, troubleshoot, and repair residential FTTH services
• install aerial and buried fiber drops and interior and exterior wiring
• install and service NIDs, ONTs, and related equipment
• test fiber connections and verify service quality
• complete installation checks and work-order documentation
• educate customers
• follow project quality and safety requirements
• work from ladders and at heights when required
• perform basic construction tasks when necessary.
