The role supports fair and consistent practices, compliance, constructive union relationships, and effective management of labor matters across the company.

What you'll do

• Advise on collective bargaining agreements and compliance
• build relationships with union leadership
• conduct HR investigations and advise HR business partners
• develop proposals and solutions to labor issues
• track cases and trends
• coach and train managers
• support bargaining and labor-management committees
• maintain labor relations intranet content
• review HR processes and policies.
