What you'll do

• Set up and break down the dishwashing machine
• wash tableware, silverware, pots, and pans
• monitor machine temperatures and chemical levels
• rewash items as needed
• store clean wares
• empty linen, trash, and recycling containers
• maintain clean floors and organize storage areas
• follow health and safety rules and maintain current Food Handler certification
• assist with prep duties as needed.
