What you'll do

• Assist the Senior Building Engineer with maintenance operations and preventive maintenance programs
• help manage maintenance budgets and supplies
• respond to resident service requests
• diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues
• communicate with residents about service progress
• assist with apartment make-ready work and property upkeep
• inspect for maintenance, safety, and security concerns
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
