Solution Architect

Job overview

The Solution Architect role is hybrid in Denver, CO, with a base salary range of $160,000–$220,000 per year, plus bonus. BillingPlatform is a SaaS company providing a cloud-based revenue lifecycle management platform; this role is part of Professional Services. The architect bridges customer business requirements and technical implementation, designing scalable solutions that help customers implement and maximize the platform’s value. The role leads discovery and architecture through configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live; defines data flows and integrations; advises implementation teams; and identifies risks and mitigation strategies.

What you'll do

• Lead solution architecture for complex SaaS implementations
• run customer discovery and requirements workshops
• own solution design through go-live
• perform fit-gap analysis
• define business processes, data flows, integrations, APIs, and configuration
• design integrations with CRM, ERP, payment, tax, and other systems
• guide consultants and customer teams
• identify risks and mitigation strategies
• support data migration and mapping
• partner with Product and Engineering.
