Vendor Management Coordinator

The Vendor Management Coordinator role is onsite in New York, NY, with a base salary range of $109,000–$145,000 per year. The coordinator executes vendor lifecycle processes and helps build the team’s operating foundation. The work combines onboarding, catalog and record maintenance, data cleanup, process documentation, and day-to-day coordination and coaching of offshore resources to support consistent quality and turnaround.

What you'll do

• Process vendor onboarding requests in Coupa and validate required tax and banking documents
• verify sensitive vendor details
• configure and maintain vendor catalogs
• process vendor record changes
• audit and remediate duplicate, inactive, or incomplete records
• create and maintain procedures and process flows
• lead and train offshore resources
• coordinate with stakeholders and report operational progress.
