Assistant Community Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with leasing follow-up, applications, and renewals
• monitor leasing activity and conversion trends
• manage rent collections and delinquency processes
• maintain resident ledgers and process payments and adjustments
• prepare daily deposits
• assist with financial reporting
• coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
• support leasing staff and resident communications
• coordinate resident engagement
• monitor service requests and follow up with maintenance
• maintain community standards
• provide operational support when the Community Manager is absent.
