What you'll do

• Performs required safety checks (pre/post trip).
• Follows DOT regulations and safe driving policies.
• Inspects trailer for proper loading and security.
• Performs count checks and verifies customer invoices.
• Moves tractor to loading dock and attaches preloaded trailer.
• Drives to and delivers customer orders according to schedule.
• Unloads products and transports to designated storage areas.
• Performs damage control checks and obtains customer signatures.
• Collects payments where required.
• Loads customer returns and secures trailer doors.
• Completes daily record of hours of service.
• Performs general housekeeping duties.

Experience

6+ months of foodservice distribution industry experience
