What you'll do

• Supervise drivers and helpers performing waste collection
• support personnel actions, training, evaluation, coaching, and performance management
• organize work, plan routes, develop schedules, and manage staffing and labor hours
• review route sheets and substantiate payroll and billing
• coordinate with accounting, customer service, sales, and vehicle maintenance
• resolve unusual operational issues and escalated customer inquiries
• audit service levels and employee safety and productivity
• investigate accidents, injuries, and property damage
• serve as company liaison with clients and inspectors
• may drive route vehicles when needed to cover staffing or operational needs.
