What you'll do

• Inspect properties and identify needed repairs
• clean and maintain interior and exterior areas
• remove trash and debris
• make electrical, plumbing, and heating repairs
• perform small-scale carpentry, painting, masonry, roofing, and tiling
• clear snow
• operate maintenance equipment and tools
• assist with inventory
• prepare vacated units
• complete work-order repairs
• assist other maintenance employees
• respond to off-shift, weekend, or holiday emergency coverage as required.
