• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care
• perform assessments and reassessments
• communicate changes in patient condition to physicians
• initiate and review care plans
• provide health teaching
• administer and evaluate medications safely
• coordinate team huddles and patient rounds
• maintain competency in Functional Independence Measure scoring
• document workers’ compensation care.

Why this role
