What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound treatment, and vital-sign monitoring
• supervise and direct CNAs/GNAs and other nursing personnel
• ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• monitor staff performance and provide education and counseling as needed
• complete performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as necessary
• participate in the nursing service quality assurance program
• collaborate with resident services to maintain each resident’s care regimen.

Why this role
