The Load Leader role is onsite in Sparta, TN, with hours of 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Starting pay is $16 per hour. Hörmann manufactures garage doors for the building industry. The role supports shipping and receiving by moving, sorting, staging, and loading materials and customer orders. Safe, accurate handling and organized inventory help ensure products are prepared for shipment and arrive in good condition.

What you'll do

• Assist with shipping and receiving, unload trucks, and check in materials
• read orders to determine items to move or ship
• move materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas
• load trucks safely and orderly
• sort and place items on racks, shelves, or bins
• assemble customer orders and stage them for shipment
• mark materials
• assist with physical inventory
• keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• wear required safety equipment.
