The lead installer manages residential HVAC replacement projects from equipment setup through startup, working hands-on while directing helpers. The role contributes to safe, code-compliant installations and a reliable customer experience through quality checks, commissioning, and clear communication.

What you'll do

• Install residential HVAC replacement systems, including split systems and related equipment
• perform ductwork and equipment installation
• manage installations from setup through startup
• direct helpers or junior installers
• complete system startup, testing, and commissioning
• verify compliance with codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
• maintain a clean, safe job site
• communicate with customers and the installation team.
