What you'll do

• Oversee payroll processing and timekeeping
• ensure employee general ledger and coding accuracy
• enter manual adjustments and process, review, and approve biweekly payrolls
• report 401(k) contributions and quarterly pension information
• validate tax filings
• file tax, benefit, and loan reports
• facilitate audits and testing
• maintain withholding and unemployment licenses
• apply wage, title, organizational, department, cost-center, and general-ledger changes
• respond to employee and manager questions
• monitor legislative changes
• supervise and approve W-2 processing.
