What you'll do

• Monitor telematics connections, alerts, error codes, and machine data
• communicate alerts to the service manager
• use service-department technology for machine data, fleet notifications, error codes, and service scheduling
• complete and submit warranty paperwork according to manufacturer protocols
• collaborate with technicians and parts specialists on claims
• assist the service manager and provide backup coverage as needed
• build relationships with manufacturer service representatives
• answer customer service calls.
