The Food Service Pastor helps carry out the church’s mission by overseeing volunteers and food-service operations. The role combines grill operations, volunteer training, point-of-sale and cash handling, equipment care, and support for church events so campus food service follows operating standards and health regulations.

What you'll do

• Recruit and oversee volunteers
• operate the outdoor grill according to church procedures
• train and monitor volunteers, including on techniques aligned with Maricopa County Health regulations
• operate POS systems, handle money, and make deposits
• maintain and clean equipment and the grill
• support ministry activities, church events, and programming as needed.
