What you'll do

• Prepare accounting for OEM and vendor financing arrangements and related close activities
• coordinate financing schedules and supporting documentation
• partner with Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable
• maintain amortization schedules, journal entries, reconciliations, and rollforward workbooks
• investigate discrepancies
• prepare 10-Q and 10-K disclosure support
• account for investments
• maintain SOX control documentation and support audits
• improve processes and documentation.
