Quality Manager

What you'll do

• Lead site quality activities and maintain the Quality Management System
• drive quality metrics and improvement plans
• lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• support new-product launches through quality planning and production readiness reviews
• review customer complaints, warranty issues, and field concerns
• track manufacturing objectives and corrective actions
• lead cross-functional improvement projects
• partner with supply chain on supplier performance
• analyze quality data and inspection documentation
• coach personnel.

Why this role
