The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Springfield, IL, with compensation of $75,000–$90,000 per year. The role supports Lighthouse Autism Center’s clinical services, which emphasize communication, independence, self-advocacy, neuroaffirming and assent-based practice, and trauma-informed ethical care. The BCBA assesses learners and develops individualized behavioral and skill-acquisition programming, then guides technicians and families in implementing it. The role contributes to clinical quality by monitoring progress and tailoring treatment recommendations to each individual.

What you'll do

• Conduct intake evaluations, functional behavioral assessments, and skills assessments
• design individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill-acquisition plans
• supervise and train ABA technicians
• implement, model, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill plans
• support family conversations so parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
