Maintenance Technician I

What you'll do

• Complete work orders
• prepare vacant units for rent
• remove snow from walkways
• perform preventive maintenance, repairs, grounds work, and common-area upkeep
• maintain inventory
• complete inspections
• coordinate with vendors when work cannot be completed directly
• respond to emergency maintenance issues
• and follow company policies and applicable laws.
