Chief Clinical Officer

Independently provides care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses. Takes full accountability for patient care and outcomes, seeking consultation from specialists when needed. Engages with hospitalists for patients in the hospital. Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion, care coordination, and documentation.
