What you'll do

• Clean facility areas using hand tools
• inspect the garage and address maintenance issues
• sweep entrances, exits, stairwells, and other areas
• empty trash
• paint surfaces as directed
• replace bulbs
• address oil spills with absorbent
• submit repair requests
• check safety items and gate equipment
• track supplies and facility records
• operate applicable cleaning equipment
• report hazards or unusual occurrences
• and assist customers and resolve complaints.
