Job overview

What you'll do

• Coach and train team members on Barista Prepared Drinks and standards
• prepare drinks to service and quality standards
• communicate delays
• conduct team briefs and maintain training materials
• engage guests and create latte art
• maintain equipment and counter cleanliness
• complete log checks and thermometer calibration
• manage ingredient waste and stock
• share weekly sales targets and recognize regular customers.
