What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision
• review and sign documentation for limited-license clinicians as required
• ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance
• consult on clinical concerns and complex cases
• recruit, interview, onboard, and train staff
• review clinician performance and caseloads
• coach staff and manage improvement plans when needed
• monitor productivity, patient retention, staffing, and performance data
• partner with operations and patient access teams to support clinic growth and clinician utilization
• maintain a weekly caseload of 15 patient sessions.
