What you'll do

• Lead daily branch operations
• collaborate with the team to create and implement standard operating procedures
• oversee team leadership, training, customer satisfaction, service delivery, efficiency, and business development
• manage profit and loss with attention to cost containment and financial benchmarks
• develop budgets, forecasts, and business plans
• apply LEAN and 5-S principles
• oversee compliance, maintenance, and inventory control
• identify improvements
• support recruitment, hiring, performance assessment, and employee development
• monitor regulatory compliance, quality, and safety.
