What you'll do

• Oversee daily onsite construction operations
• coordinate with the project manager and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and trade crews
• enforce safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
• review plans, blueprints, and specifications
• conduct site inspections and quality checks
• communicate progress and issues to project managers and stakeholders
• manage material deliveries, equipment scheduling, and site logistics
• document daily jobsite activity and prepare weekly reports with photos
• coordinate with supervisors and office staff
• and attend meetings through Teams.
