• Lead and develop the Business Partnership team
• align people strategies with branch, regional and company growth targets
• build workforce plans
• advise on organization design
• use workforce and operational analytics to identify talent risks
• coach leaders
• lead talent reviews and succession planning
• partner across People, Culture and Marketing on talent and HR solutions
• and champion employee experience, retention, engagement, governance and compliance.
