Direct Care Staff – Weekends, Morning, Afternoon, and Overnight

What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• observe and document behavior, emotional status, and interactions
• report concerns to supervisors
• use de-escalation techniques and support residents during crises
• collaborate with the treatment team to implement individual care plans
• facilitate group activities
• maintain timely and confidential records
• communicate with residents, families, and team members
• help keep the home clean and safe. CPR and First Aid certification, a Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, and a background check are required.
