What you'll do

• Provide customer service to insureds
• review and adjust first-party claims within authority limits
• research policy coverage
• investigate coverage, cause, and damages
• schedule and conduct property inspections
• photograph, sketch, and scope damage
• determine claim value
• establish reserves
• document claim activity and potential subrogation
• assist with catastrophe operations as required.
