What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day partner relationships, project coordination, issue tracking, and performance analytics
• support diligence, approval, implementation, launch, and expansion
• prepare partner performance reporting and facilitate business reviews
• manage requests, complaints, escalations, and program changes
• monitor compliance and risk indicators and coordinate remediation
• coordinate third-party risk reviews, control testing, evidence collection, and audit requests
• document decisions, commitments, and deliverables
• prepare meeting materials and executive updates.
