The Litigation Paralegal role is onsite in Denver, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is not specified; the firm describes its wage as competitive. The paralegal works with attorneys on active cases, fact-finding, case-file maintenance, and trial preparation when needed. The role supports litigation workflow by coordinating calendars and proceedings, preparing and filing documents, managing records, and communicating with clients and other parties.

What you'll do

• Perform secretarial, clerical, and data-entry duties
• maintain attorney calendars
• schedule depositions, meetings, hearings, and conferences
• manage documents using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe
• e-file legal documents in Colorado’s E-Portal System
• assist with deposition, hearing, trial, and conference preparation
• draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas
• send correspondence
• communicate with clients
• set up Court Calls or Zoom for hearings.
