Temporary Direct Support Professional (DSP) is an onsite role in Franklin, NH, paying $28 per hour. The temporary assignment will not exceed 90 days. Community Bridges provides residential and day services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The DSP supports clients’ independence by teaching daily living skills and assisting with care, health, hygiene, and communication. The role builds relationships through companionship, functional activities, and community outings.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and engagement in activities
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and eating
• transport clients to appointments and activities
• administer medications
• and observe, document, and report daily activity data. Overnight duties include personal care and bedtime routines, light housekeeping, bed checks, documentation, and morning routines.
