What you'll do

• Assist the Store Manager with store operations
• greet customers and resolve concerns
• help supervise, train, and develop store and lumber yard staff
• monitor store and yard conditions, merchandising, inventory, freight, and stocking
• assist with administrative tasks such as ordering, reports, payroll, scheduling, register balancing, and deposits
• support loss prevention and safety
• and assume management responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent.
