Memory Care Coordinator

The Memory Care Coordinator role is onsite in Plattsmouth, NE, with pay of $20–$27 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The position supports the facility’s memory care unit and its residents. The coordinator oversees memory support activities and nursing assistant functions, monitors resident well-being, and helps ensure appropriate staffing, care planning, documentation, and compliance with facility policies and guidelines.

What you'll do

• Direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in the memory care unit
• ensure staff follow facility policies and procedures
• participate in surveys and the nursing department quality assurance program
• assist on the floor as needed
• oversee memory support activities
• complete and report audits
• ensure staffing coverage
• visit residents and observe physical and emotional status
• make rounds with nursing assistants and nurses
• serve as manager on duty on a rotation basis
• participate in care plans and MDS
• ensure care documentation is completed.
