Clinical Operations Resource RN - Quality and Safety

Evaluate and educate staff on skill performance and competency, knowledge validation and documentation of clinical practice. Travel to HHC MG sites. Educate staff on clinical care standards, workflows, EPIC documentation strategies, and teach CPR classes. Participate in committees, projects, clinical policy development, standard work development, scheduling of education and on-boarding of staff.
