What you'll do

• Visit assigned sites to provide in-person HR support
• build relationships with employees and managers
• respond to questions about policies, benefits, attendance, and employment matters
• assist with employee relations, investigations, coaching, and documentation
• support onboarding, leave processes, offboarding, HRIS records, and employee communications
• escalate complex issues to the HR Business Partner.
