What you'll do

• Travel within the assigned area to establish and maintain customer relationships
• identify new customer opportunities
• promote and demonstrate products and marketing programs
• coordinate with inside sales on customer satisfaction and territory growth
• communicate product-demand changes to branch management and purchasing
• process and correct customer orders
• respond to order inquiries and return requests
• suggest improvements to the ordering process.
