AutoCAD Designer – Electrical

Job overview

The AutoCAD Designer – Electrical role is remote with occasional office and client-site visits; the employer prefers candidates based in the San Antonio or Austin, TX area. What you'll do

• Draft and design drawings and technical details using AutoCAD 2014 or higher
• collaborate with engineers and project managers
• interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• revise existing drawings
• maintain drawing records and documentation
• maintain Revit and Navisworks models when needed
• verify compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and company guidelines
• prepare engineering notes, sequences of operation, methods of procedure, manuals, and testing and commissioning documentation
• provide sales input during quote preparation.
