Solar Install Foreman

What you'll do

• Lead, train, and motivate crews of three to ten installers and electricians
• coordinate daily jobsite operations
• interpret blueprints and schematics
• enforce OSHA, fall-protection, and PPE standards
• conduct safety talks
• oversee materials and equipment
• troubleshoot roof issues
• inspect installation quality
• maintain digital project records
• liaise with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and homeowners
• communicate project progress and concerns.
