Alarm Service Technician

What you'll do

• Experience with alarm panels such as 2GIG, Qolsys, Ademco, GE, DSC, and DMP.
• Troubleshoot technical problems.
• Replace system components including panels and peripheral devices.
• Drive to customer homes to perform service.
• Conduct site evaluations and walkthroughs.
• Perform system demonstrations and customer training.
• Test equipment for proper functionality and signal verification.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Maintain safety practices and clean job sites.
