The Mold Operator role is onsite in Madison, SD, with pay of $21 per hour. Global Polymer’s manufacturing work involves producing parts using compression molding machines. What you'll do

• Operate compression molding machines
• follow instructions, documented processes, and training procedures
• inspect parts visually for flaws
• follow safety practices and use required PPE
• monitor equipment and request help with problems
• maintain quality and quantity output
• learn proper use of molding tools
• clean machinery and the work area
• and suggest productivity or workflow improvements.
