Flat Roofing Punch List Technician

The Flat Roofing Punch List Technician role is onsite, based in Campbellsport, WI, with work across Wisconsin from Kenosha to Green Bay. Pay is $38–$44 per hour. Wenger Construction is a family-owned commercial roofing, siding, and sheet metal company serving Wisconsin and beyond. This role completes final punch-list work and small roofing projects so jobs meet quality standards before close-out. The technician diagnoses leaks, repairs roofing details, documents completed work, and coordinates job status with the Foreman or Project Manager.

What you'll do

• Complete punch-list items and small flat-roofing projects
• respond to leak calls and diagnose active leaks
• repair flashing, seams, penetrations, and other details
• travel between job sites
• document work with photos and update the Foreman or Project Manager
• meet manufacturer specifications and Wenger quality standards.
