What you'll do

• Perform nutritional assessments for patients with endocrine and metabolic conditions
• develop evidence-based nutrition care plans tailored to diagnoses, lab results, cultural preferences, and language needs
• provide medical nutrition therapy according to physician treatment plans
• educate patients and families on nutrition topics
• monitor progress and revise plans
• collaborate with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, nurses, and other professionals
• participate in case discussions and follow-up consultations
• contribute to educational resources and nutrition protocols.
